Add a PipeListener to an INPUT pipe.

Does this junction have an INPUT pipe by this name?
HasOutputPipe(String)
Does this junction have an OUTPUT pipe by this name?
HasPipe(String)
Does this junction have a pipe by this name?
RegisterPipe(String, String, IPipeFitting)
Register a pipe with the junction.
RemovePipe(String)
Remove the pipe with this name if it is registered.
RetrievePipe(String)
Retrieve the named pipe.
SendMessage(String, IPipeMessage)
Send a message on an OUTPUT pipe.
