PureMVC

A well-needed burndown and rebuild of the PureMVC site has taken place, as you can see. 

We needed a way to organize the site better to make way for new demos, tutorials, training materials, events, etc. To take the site to the next level, we decided on a combination of the Joomla Content Management System and Simple Machines Forums.

I've decided to move the project blog over from Blogger as part of the CMS here. We'll see how that all works out. I've moved all the posts over from Blogger. Fortunately I've kept the number of posts to a miniumum, choosing to keep its content focused on thoughts and motivations that have shaped the framework rather than regular status updates. This made it easy to even put in htaccess redirects from the old blog article urls that are on the search engines to the new content positions in the CMS.

Going forward, the Blog is still the place for long rambling posts about motivations, patterns and such. The News section will remain for late breaking info such as changes to the framework, new demos, etc.
